The Operation Technology Implementation Manager will lead the deployment and optimization of Property Management System solutions across the portfolio, ensuring meticulous tracking of re-syndications and new acquisitions in collaboration with Asset Management. Essential functions include overseeing system orders, assisting in project rollouts with communication strategies, ensuring timely system implementation aligned with objectives, and reviewing regulatory documents for correct system configuration.
