The engineer will lead complex power system studies across various domains like power flow, stability, and EMT, while also developing scripting processes to streamline modeling and study execution. This role involves guiding junior engineers, ensuring deliverable accuracy, and managing project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

The leader will provide strategic and technical oversight for transmission planning studies, manage and expand engineering capabilities in power systems analysis, and oversee study planning and execution. This includes incubating new business opportunities, guiding long-term grid planning, and building high-performance teams.

The engineer will perform various power system studies, including power flow, transient stability, and short-circuit analysis for transmission, distribution, and generation systems. They will also collaborate with the team to understand study requirements and deliver high-quality technical work.
