This role is responsible for the overall integrity, performance, and reliability of lottery systems while leading the support team, serving as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal departments. Responsibilities include continuous system monitoring, providing tier-2 support for incidents, managing software deployments, and ensuring timely communication of operational reports.

This strategic leadership role involves driving success within a specific lottery jurisdiction, holding full Profit and Loss accountability across all product lines and owning the end-to-end customer relationship. The director will develop and execute account plans, shape jurisdiction-specific strategies, and lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
