Handle all phases of litigation, including research and preparation of pleadings, motions and briefs, consultation with clients, investigation of facts, appearance for all hearings and conferences, negotiation of settlements, and trials.

Provide the Chief Justice and the Court with information, analysis, advice, and recommendations on issues impacting the state and national court systems and the legal profession, including the Court’s administrative and business policies.

Assist in developing and coordinating nature programs, supervise activities and volunteers, maintain the nature center, and provide educational support through presentations, hikes, and public engagement initiatives.
