Tandem Diabetes Care

The Trade Account Manager develops and implements Tandem’s dual channel strategy across traditional distributors, wholesalers, specialty distributors, and mail order pharmacies, serving as a key liaison for feedback and communication. This role is also responsible for forecasting, strategic planning, operational problem resolution, and developing national-level relationships to ensure market share and profitability attainment.

The Senior Software Engineer II will be responsible for designing and implementing the build infrastructure, embedded toolchain, and overall developer build experience to ensure reliable firmware delivery for insulin pump products. This senior role involves software implementation, designing new features, advancing code architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and elevating team capabilities through mentorship.

Manages the full lifecycle of translation projects, from intake through final delivery, across all required languages.

The Localization Project Manager leads complex, multilingual translation and localization projects supporting product development and commercialization, focusing on software/UI and digital content for global markets. This role also oversees end-to-end translation operations between external Language Service Providers (LSPs) and the internal Translation Management System (TMS).

The specialist will partner with the Territory Manager to provide continuing education and pump training to patients, customers, and healthcare professionals regarding insulin pump therapy use. This includes leading educational classes, co-developing strategies to address clinical concerns, and ensuring the sale and retention of Tandem Diabetes products.
