The leader will own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications, managing incident, problem, and change management processes while establishing and monitoring operational metrics like SLAs and KPIs. Responsibilities also include leading functional analysts, managing third-party partners, driving automation, and providing executive updates on system health.
