This role is responsible for owning the entire operating system of the company, from initial referral to the first therapy hour, focusing on making service delivery fast, reliable, and repeatable for families and providers. Key duties include designing and owning end-to-end service operations, building scalable systems and standard operating procedures, and defining the operational scorecard metrics.
