The Sales Executive will manage and develop a moderately complex group of agency assignments/territories, focusing on optimizing growth within defined new business, retention, and profitability goals while acting as a brand ambassador to sell the Company value proposition to distribution partners. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, owning the assigned territory through performance metrics, conducting agency diagnostics, and building long-term relationships through in-person and virtual office visits.

This role is responsible for handling first-party property claims of moderate severity, which involves investigating, evaluating, estimating damages, and negotiating settlements for personal or business claims. The representative must ensure optimal claim resolution while maintaining compliance with all internal and external quality standards and state regulations throughout the claim life cycle.
