This role involves overseeing research administration tasks for assigned divisions, including pre-award grant proposal processing, post-award administration, financial budgeting, and managing salary and effort distributions for faculty and staff. The administrator will also act as a liaison between faculty and various university and granting agency offices regarding compliance and reporting.

Postdoctoral Scholars will collaborate with Dr. Wei Li on funded projects centered on developing quantitative research methods and/or conducting the causal evaluation of educational programs. This is a 12-month, time-limited appointment that is renewable annually based on funding and performance.
