| Job Description: |
The Research and Evaluation Methodology Program at the University of Florida invites applications for Postdoctoral Scholar positions. Postdoctoral Scholars will work with Dr. Wei Li on multiple funded projects focused on quantitative research methods development and/or the causal evaluation of educational programs. This is a 12-month, time-limited appointment. The appointment is renewable annually for multiple years, contingent upon research needs, funding availability, and satisfactory performance. The start date is flexible, and the position may be performed either in person in Gainesville, FL, or remotely. |

The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Candidates with related expertise, such as econometrics, causal inference, experimental and quasi-experimental design and analysis, and methods for handling missing data, are also encouraged to apply. Note: This position does not require expertise in latent growth modeling or structural equation modeling (SEM), and these methods will not be used in this role. Applicants whose primary expertise is in latent growth modeling, SEM, or psychometrics may not be the best fit. |
