Telephone Answering Service Operators handle inbound calls on behalf of clients, answer frequently asked questions, and accurately dispatch messages. This role serves as a virtual receptionist, providing the first impression for multiple organizations.

The intern will be responsible for managing and growing the company's Facebook and Instagram accounts for the Madison Branch, potentially running paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Adwords. Duties also include identifying, connecting with, and following up with prospective apartment/condo/business partners in the Madison and Chicago areas, alongside general community outreach.

The role involves becoming familiar with the Worker’s Compensation claims process, accurately entering injury report data into the database, and assisting managers with daily claims workflows and documentation processing. Responsibilities also include tracking OSHA logs, monitoring absences, and assisting with claims data analytics.
