The Director, Franchise Recruitment is responsible for executing the recruitment process to deliver highly qualified franchise candidates that align with company criteria, leading them through evaluation until a Franchise Agreement is signed. Key results include individually delivering a minimum of 15 new franchise agreements in the first year and 25+ in the second, alongside managing candidate records and coordinating Discovery Days.
