This role involves owning the entire post-sale customer journey, including kickoff, renewal, and expansion, while leading a unified team across Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support. The manager will build and maintain a disciplined, scalable invoice-to-cash system, ensuring every invoice has clear ownership, status, and escalation paths.
