Role Description
This role involves implementing, configuring, and enhancing the Benefits functionality within the Oracle HCM suite.
- Provide functional expertise on the Oracle Fusion Benefits module, delivering best practice guidance on design, configuration, and deployment.
- Lead or support requirements gathering sessions, design discussions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Perform system setup and configuration of Oracle Benefits features to align with business needs.
- Partner with HR, IT, Talent, and Change Management stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and smooth system integration.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user support documentation.
- Monitor and analyze Oracle quarterly updates, advising on potential impacts and recommending adjustments where needed.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with deep knowledge of the Benefits module.
- Proven track record of full-cycle Oracle Benefits implementations, including design, build, testing, and go-live support.
- Solid understanding of Core HR and its integration with Benefits.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is strongly preferred.
