Role Description
This role is a senior revenue leadership position focused on driving enterprise client acquisition and pipeline growth at scale. The Principal, Enterprise Growth will personally generate and convert high-value opportunities, securing C-suite engagement and managing complex deal structures from initial conversation to contract execution.
- Own North America net new revenue performance with annual targets exceeding $10M, maintaining oversight of pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Personally originate, qualify, and advance enterprise opportunities through complex sales cycles, from first conversation to contract execution.
- Lead C-suite level discussions, uncover strategic priorities, and position the organization as a trusted growth partner.
- Structure and negotiate high-value agreements, including scope, pricing strategy, and performance metrics.
- Navigate procurement, legal, and executive decision-making processes with commercial confidence.
- Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to align strategies, share intelligence, and coordinate pursuit efforts.
- Partner with finance to ensure margin integrity while driving ambitious revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or growth leadership within marketing, advertising, or related agency environments.
- Experience closing complex deals in the $5M–$15M range and establishing senior-level client relationships, including CMOs and marketing leaders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise marketing operations, agency and media ecosystems, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Experience navigating structural change, including technology implementations, operating model redesign, or capability transformation.
- Commercial sophistication with expertise in RFP strategy, procurement navigation, and structuring agreements that balance financial discipline with long-term partnership value.
- Strong influence, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to operate independently and create enterprise momentum.
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing evolution, automation, personalization at scale, and integration of brand and performance is highly desirable.
