Job Description
• own the strategy for the Everyday Sale Shop
• lead the development of promotional forecasting models
• implement complex, high-impact revenue strategies
• build processes, tools, and best practices for margin objectives
• partner with Data Science to refine pricing models
• set clear performance targets for markdown events
• design margin forecasting framework for Merchandising organization
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in retail/e-commerce planning, pricing strategy, or revenue management (with a track record of increasing responsibility)
- advanced analytical skills (SQL, Looker, or Tableau)
- proficiency in Excel and general understanding of Anaplan
- ability to design data-driven solutions
- natural communicator who can influence Senior Leadership and navigate complex cross-functional roadblocks
- thrive in ambiguity and work independently to drive projects
