Role Description
We’re hiring a Jetstart New Geo Team Lead to serve as the primary architect of our physical footprint across North America. As we aggressively scale our presence in 2026, you will spearhead the end-to-end activation of new territories—navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, assisting in securing essential local licensing, and managing the mission-critical "day zero" logistics.
This role isn't just about opening doors; it's about building the operational foundation that allows our teams to hit the ground running from the moment the first orders come in.
- Lead the high-velocity execution (and creation) of our launch playbook, ensuring that initial inventory setups and site handovers are executed with precision and speed.
- Build and deploy a scalable market-launch playbook while maintaining a relentless focus on achieving Key Results; consistently monitoring data to pivot tactics and ensure launches are on schedule and budget.
- Build and optimize localized operational workflows to ensure consistent service delivery while maintaining the flexibility to pivot based on rapid-market feedback.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure cost-effective and timely site launches.
- Serve as the primary bridge between central teams and local operations, translating high-level company strategy into actionable local tactics and reporting market-specific trends back to the leadership team.
- Continuously improve processes to increase speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years leading teams in dispersed geographies.
- Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret program requirements and eligibility rules.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and documentation.
- Excellent cross-functional communication with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
