Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and attaining quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, define, and qualify new sales opportunities by engaging large-sized prospects and clients, with a primary focus on securing strategic, high-value deals with new and existing clients.
Strategize selling approaches and revenue growth plans in collaboration with business unit leadership to drive significant business impact. Assist with strategic partnerships and sales channels, when appropriate.
Proactively identify market trends and conditions, industry changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in order to pivot selling strategies, as needed.
Lead complex client relationships and sales processes from inception to closure, includes information related to deal status, strategy, budget cycle, and personnel, and the full sales strategy. Navigate multiple decision-makers, stakeholders, and effectively leading contract negotiations.
Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects in Salesforce. Generate periodic reports upon request related to expected closures for any given fiscal quarter, overall prospect lists, and other information as necessary.
Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management and quota attainment set by WellSky.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 8-12 years of relevant experience
Experience selling to government agencies
Preferred Qualifications:
Case management experience
Health and human services experience
Job Expectations:
Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
