Job Description
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience (SaaS preferred but not required).
- Curious, persistent, and hungry to grow — you thrive in a high-activity, feedback-rich environment.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft clear, value-led outreach.
- Confident on the phone — able to engage prospects with empathy, handle objections, and uncover needs.
- Data-driven and process-oriented: you track activity, analyze your metrics, and use insights to improve.
- Able to communicate effectively with educators and school/district administrators.
- Passionate about K–12 education and mission-driven technology. Experience working in or selling to the U.S. K-12 education market is a plus.
- Familiar with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
