• Responsible for teaching, coaching, and training associates to ensure effective execution of core Asset Protection initiatives. • Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs. • Ensure stores are driving a safety culture by promoting safety initiatives. • Perform timely entry of internal cases into the case management system in accordance with AP Policy; to include activity cans, review alerts, and physical security. • Review available resources to identify key theft trends by class and SKU for internal and external theft and create solutions. • Conduct timely interviews for internal theft cases identified by MAPM or Central Investigations Team (CIT). • Make hiring decisions and take disciplinary action including termination. • Teach, coach, train, and develop AP associates.
