Job Description

• Achieve assigned territory revenue goals through purposefully pursuing sales opportunities with current and potential customers • Develop a robust sales pipeline and proactively develop strong customer relationships • Collaborate and train our channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities • Seek and promote new business potential through offering Thermo Fisher Scientifics’ broad product portfolio and engage all appropriate colleagues to achieve maximum results for the company in total • Participate in assigned corporate and focus account initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required - Life Sciences, STEM or Business preferred
  • 2+ years of lab experience or sales experience in the laboratory or relevant industry
  • Selling Agility - Handles the Sales Strategy, Identifies and Qualifies Opportunities, Creates Innovative Solutions, Closes the Business
  • Know the Customer - Understands the Market, Discovers Needs, Articulates Value, Supports the Customer
  • Self Leadership - Builds Relationships, Drives for Results, Maximizes Time, Makes Ethical Decisions
  • Technical Knowledge - Knows the Products, Uses Technology, Applies Business Process
  • Required travel ~75% of the time
