Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of related experience in a fast paced, results-oriented company in life sciences, medical technology or diagnostics
- At least 3 years of previous management experience in healthcare sales, preferably medical diagnostics or devices
- Strong clinical acumen with ability to navigate complex healthcare systems
- Preferred residence within the region and ability to travel 50-75%
- Track record of inspiring high performing teams of experienced sales professionals
- Extensive experience coaching sales professionals, particularly in clinically selling and territory management.
