Job Description

• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with the various BioCatch people tasked with building the partners network • Provide basic training sessions to our partner customers • Support the technical side of the implementation of a streamlined process for partners onboarding • Work on scalable and standardised analytical reports • Leverage creativity and deep knowledge of our data to design and implement automation that improves scalability across the partner channel • Support any tactical responses to immediate fraud attacks • Continually learn and develop towards a career as an SME in the field of digital fraud prevention

Job Requirements

Completed training/learning in an applicable field such as Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Programming
Basic competency and experience of using SQL to interrogate data in real world applications
Basic competency with Python would be an advantage, but not essential for the Associate role
Some basic understanding of the concept of Machine Learning for classification
Some experience of presenting to groups of mixed audience types would be an advantage
History of maintaining strong relationships in a professional environment
Good communications and teamwork
Self and quick learner
