Key tasks include educating customers, deploying tactical rules for acute attacks, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence internal product strategy.

The Director of Engagement Management will lead and develop the North American Engagement Management team, focusing on driving customer success and engagement across the region. This involves establishing operational objectives aligned with strategy and ensuring overall alignment with business goals.
