• Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs) • Interfacing with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies • Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards • Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning • Summary contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) • Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions • Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team • Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment (RFI's, UCA proposal support) • Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports inclusive of monthly Earned Value reporting, & development of monthly LREs/quarterly EAC's & required CDRLs/eCraft • Support PMs/IPTLs with ad hoc analysis in support of variance reporting • Complete monthly CDRLs with a quick turnaround time in order to meet IPMDAR reporting requirements • Assist PM with preparation and presentation at weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with NSS and Naval Power Leadership as well as the Navy Customer • Provide financial leadership to multi-functional teams and key partners to ensure successful execution of the Technology Insertion contracts • Management of Engineer Services contracts to include NWA management, Bill Code analysis, IOTs and unbilled cost reports
