Job Description
• Lead the Partner Integrations & Automation Pod
• Manage a squad of engineers to streamline connections with partners
• Act as a Solutions Architect and Technical Project Manager for partner ecosystem
• Drive internal operational efficiency by building tools for Care and Operations teams
• Oversee operational heartbeat of the pod, ensuring agile delivery and partner engagement
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of people management experience
- 8+ years of total engineering experience (Ruby on Rails backend focus preferred)
- Experience in enterprise client-facing technical roles such as: Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering
- Familiarity with SSO (SAML, OIDC), complex data modeling, and secure data exchange protocols (SFTP, API Gateways)
- Active adopter of AI developer tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Project management skills to gather requirements and manage dependencies
- Strong interpersonal skills including organization, empathy, persistence, and curiosity
