Job Requirements
- Strong SQL skills (query optimization, partitioning, performance tuning)
- Strong Python skills
- Experience building and deploying jobs in Databricks
- Solid understanding of distributed data processing
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to independently design and implement end-to-end solutions
- Comfort using Bash and cloud CLIs (AWS/Azure)
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) preferred
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Experience deploying databases or services in cloud environments preferred
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) preferred
- Understanding of Lakehouse architectures preferred
- Strong system design fundamentals preferred
- Open-source contributions preferred
