- Design and own top-of-the-funnel customer flows that shape how homeowners explore our product.
- Lead customer research through discovery interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Partner on product analytics and experimentation to identify friction and hesitation.
- Design and iterate on AI-assisted experiences that help homeowners get answers.
- Influence product decisions and priorities through clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Communicate design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to a strong design team culture by refining workflows and sharing learnings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, consumer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to independently tackle ambiguous design problems.
- Deep experience in user research, including discovery and synthesis.
- Proven track record of improving conversion and engagement through experimentation.
- Strong judgment in balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
- Comfortable working with product analytics to evaluate impact.
- Able to influence product direction through well-communicated design rationales.
