Job Description

• Configure and optimize Workday, focusing on Recruiting and Talent Management, and other modules as needed. • Provide day-to-day Workday system support, including researching, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and resolving issues. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Global business stakeholders on Workday and HR Technology project planning, execution and delivery. • Document business requirements, decisions, business processes, and workflows in relevant documentation, training guides, quick reference guides. • Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall employee experience within Workday. • Follow defined procedure for populating, loading and troubleshooting Workday EIBs. • Maintain confidential employee information in Workday and protect the privacy of sensitive data. • Support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes. • Adhere to change management processes to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls and compliance practices. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years Workday HCM experience
  • Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Talent Management, with familiarity across other modules.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or related field, equivalent experience.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
  • Workday Pro certification is preferred.
