We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this Role

In this role, you will lead social strategy and execution for a major gaming marketplace initiative, ensuring alignment with the broader gaming brand voice, overall social strategy, and key business objectives. You will partner closely with Marketplace, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to understand priorities, timelines, and success metrics, translating them into clear, effective social approaches and content plans. Acting as the strategic bridge between business goals and creative execution, you will develop briefs and recommendations that empower creative teams to deliver culturally relevant, high-performing content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media strategy and execution for gaming marketplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand voice, social strategy, and business objectives.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketplace, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to translate priorities and campaign goals into actionable social plans.

  • Develop strategic briefs and content recommendations that guide creative teams in producing culturally relevant, high-performing social content.

  • Manage day-to-day social operations, including content planning, editorial calendar oversight, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and light moderation.

  • Identify and activate timely cultural trends, platform innovations, and creator ecosystem opportunities to drive authentic audience engagement.

  • Create and elevate content at scale, highlighting creators, user-generated content, and community moments to increase discovery and sustained interest.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate measurable impact against business goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a major game publisher or the gaming industry

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, planning, goal setting, and execution

  • 3–5 years of strong analytical experience with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Proven experience managing high-volume social media channels

  • Demonstrated ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and native social media analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on large-scale gaming marketplace or live-service initiatives

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform behaviors, and creator ecosystems

  • Experience with social management and analytics tools such as Sprinklr

  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present performance insights clearly

  • Excellent project management skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Creative portfolio or examples of previous social strategy work

Compensation Information:

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $81,000 to $87,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
