Role Description

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is looking for a Product Marketing Intern to join our Product Team and help grow engagement across the PLL App and Web platforms. You'll sit at the intersection of product and marketing where you’ll contribute to campaigns, crafting messaging, and helping shape how fans discover and engage with features like Fantasy, PLL Nation, and competitions.

You'll work directly with Product and Marketing leads, own real deliverables, and gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle from user research and ideation through launch and post-launch analysis.

  • Develop cross-channel marketing strategy
  • Email marketing
  • Content and social media marketing
  • Partner marketing
  • Oversee the creation of marketing graphics and videos
  • Automate push notifications and in-app messages
  • Support the operation of in-app features (Fantasy, Pick’em, Trivia, Game Predictor, and Chat)
  • Oversee live gameday updates and messaging across app and web
  • Conduct user research and analyze user data

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving
  • Passionate about technology and user experience
  • Comfortable learning new skills quickly and using a variety of digital tools
  • Experience in app/web design, development, or product management
  • Experience using AI like Claude, ChatGPT, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with Figma, Notion, or Asana is a plus
  • Experience with app or web design, product management, or digital marketing is a plus

Requirements

  • $15 - $18/hour depending on location
  • Compensation will meet all applicable state and local minimum wage requirements.

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is a professional lacrosse league in North America, composed of 8 teams rostered with the best players in the world. Co-founded by lacrosse superstar Paul Rabil and his brother, serial entrepreneur and investor, Mike Rabil, the Premier Lacrosse League is backed by an investment group composed of Joe Tsai Sports, The Raine Group, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and other top investors in sports and media. The PLL is distributed through an exclusive media rights agreement with ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN+.
