You will define what we build and why, translate customer and business needs into a clear product direction, and work closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ship an experience that is reliable, scalable, and loved by daily users.
This role requires deep understanding of social media ecosystems and listening workflows, paired with strong product judgment and the ability to deliver in ambiguity.

  • Lead discovery with internal users and customers to identify high-impact problems, validate hypotheses, and define clear product outcomes.
  • Define product requirements (PRDs), user journeys, and success metrics; translate them into deliverable scopes with Engineering and Design.
  • Partner with Engineering to design scalable data ingestion and processing workflows across platforms (APIs, rate limits, webhooks, privacy constraints).
  • Drive prioritization decisions across user value, technical feasibility, time-to-impact, and operational costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on launch readiness, rollout plans, and enablement for Ops, Sales, and Support.
  • Establish and monitor product metrics (adoption, retention, relevance/quality of results, time-to-insight) and use them to guide iteration.
  • Ensure the product meets enterprise expectations around reliability, security, compliance, and auditability.
Core Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B software products end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and social listening concepts (channels, entities, trends, sentiment, brand safety, moderation and escalation workflows).
  • Experience building products that involve data ingestion, normalization, search/relevance, dashboards, or workflow tooling.
  • Strong discovery skills: interviewing, problem framing, defining hypotheses, and validating with qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Ability to write clear requirements and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ship iteratively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and make decisions under ambiguity.
Additional requirements
  • Experience with social media or community tooling in enterprise environments (marketing, CX, trust and safety, or moderation).
  • Familiarity with API-driven integrations and constraints (authentication, rate limits, data quality, monitoring).
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation (instrumentation, funnels, cohort analysis).
  • Background in AI/ML products, especially classification, clustering, or ranking systems, is a plus.
