This position involves acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams.
- Translate business strategy into HR priorities and actionable initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning efforts.
- Drive and occasionally lead large-scale change initiatives.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and team development.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ human resources experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Experience in union work environments preferred but not required.
- Ability to conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
