The attorney will lead litigation efforts in subrogation matters involving property damage, auto, and commercial cases, managing the full lifecycle from investigation through trial. They will also advise internal partners on recovery strategies, evaluate liability, and monitor evolving laws and industry trends.

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for maintaining and supervising a heavy and diversified caseload for clients in Arkansas, which includes communicating with clients about their matters. Key duties involve drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions, reviewing and drafting agreements, and communicating with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.

The specialist will support the legal team's efficiency by coordinating complex document collection, managing litigation holds and accruals, and overseeing outside counsel invoices. This role also involves administering the Contract Lifecycle Management system, managing the Enterprise Risk Management Program, and leading department-wide project management initiatives.
