Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of remote sales professionals. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about coaching others, driving growth, and building high-performing teams.

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of remote sales professionals
