Job Requirements
- Active U.S. clinical license (RN, NP, PA)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience within a health system environment (clinical leadership, service line management, provider operations, or administrative roles preferred)
- Experience leading education, training, or professional development initiatives for clinical audiences strongly preferred
- Experience presenting to physician and clinical leadership audiences
- Ability to travel approximately 25–30% (about one week per month)
- Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills
- Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Curiosity, adaptability, and relationship-driven mindset
- Health system startup or high-growth healthcare experience preferred but not required.
