About the Role

This is a hybrid role designed for a highly accountable recruiter who also enjoys building operational infrastructure.

The role is primarily recruiting-focused (approximately 70%), leading full-cycle searches across multiple client engagements. The remaining time is dedicated to People and Business Operations initiatives that strengthen client infrastructure and improve their workflows.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and systems-building, someone who can drive hiring outcomes while also creating scalable processes that elevate how work gets done.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Client Delivery (Primary Focus)

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent client searches, from intake through offer.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to founders and hiring managers, guiding structured hiring conversations and aligning on role scope, stage-fit, and success criteria.
  • Conduct in-depth recruiter screens, evaluating candidates for capability, growth potential, and alignment with early-stage environments.
  • Deliver structured candidate assessments and clear recommendations to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience, including interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and maintaining momentum throughout the process.
  • Ensure each search aligns with Superbloom’s recruiting frameworks, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Provide a high-trust, high-touch experience for both clients and candidates that reflects Superbloom’s brand of clarity and care.
People and Business Operations Support (Secondary Focus)
  • Build and document right-sized, scalable People Ops processes for early-stage clients.
  • Develop structured onboarding frameworks that support strong employee integration and retention.
  • Create and operationalize SOPs that improve hiring workflows and employee lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to foundational People Ops resources, including interview guides, onboarding documentation, and retention-minded practices.
  • Identify and implement workflow optimizations that improve clarity, efficiency, and collaboration across client teams.
 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive, hands-on recruiting experience in agency, in-house, or embedded environments.
  • Experience operating in high-accountability, client-facing recruiting roles where you served as a true extension of internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for early-stage startups, founder-led companies, or high-growth environments where ambiguity is high and each hire materially impacts the business.
  • Experience building or implementing People Ops processes in growing organizations (not solely maintaining established corporate systems).
  • Strong ability to document, structure, and operationalize workflows and SOPs.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present structured recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a remote environment with high ownership and accountability.
  • Technical fluency across modern recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruitCRM, and platforms such as Crosschq and Checkr.
  • Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing, documentation, workflow efficiency, and client reporting.
