As a Virtual Insurance Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance, education, and ongoing support. This role combines meaningful client interaction with the flexibility of remote work and the structure needed for long-term success.
- Support new and existing clients by answering questions, explaining coverage options, and assisting with policy-related inquiries.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on each client’s needs, goals, and eligibility, ensuring clarity and confidence in their decisions.
