For one of our clients in the telecom industry, we are looking for a freelance Product Manager.

Project Description

• Background of the Project / Assignment:
  • The services are requested within the framework of the Technical Transformation MediaMarktSaturn and Fonic projects.
  • The Technical Transformation MediaMarktSaturn project aims to migrate the MediaMarktSaturn private label SuperSelect to a future-proof technical platform.
  • The Fonic project focuses on portfolio maintenance and the expansion of products under the Fonic brand.
• Specific Description of Services:
  • Identification and evaluation of necessary adjustments and development requirements to achieve the project objectives.
  • Functional and process-related definition and design of the required development goals within the project.
  • Consulting and professional review of transformation, optimization, and extension requirements.
  • Creation of business solution concepts.
  • Design and execution of functional acceptance tests.
  • Professional consulting and conceptual design of functional and component development.
  • Project-related documentation (applications: Jira / Confluence).
