Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Operations Manager, or similar role, ideally in a remote or international organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and HR policy implementation.
- Experience managing both employees and contractors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership advisory skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives end-to-end.
