Job Description

• Partner with leadership to design and evolve organizational structure and scalable operating models. • Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching, performance management frameworks, and structured feedback. • Track and analyze HR metrics and people analytics to support workforce planning and hiring strategies. • Manage a global workforce of employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions. • Implement and improve HR systems, processes, and policies. • Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and collaboration in a remote-first environment. • Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Operations Manager, or similar role, ideally in a remote or international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and HR policy implementation.
  • Experience managing both employees and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership advisory skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives end-to-end.
