Role Description
This role involves helping top Quant Developers and Software Engineers land roles at leading US funds and fast-growing tech companies.
- Find and speak with strong Quant Dev and Software Engineering candidates
- Qualify them properly and submit them using our standards
- Keep the process moving from first chat through to submission
- Be consistent with outreach and pipeline building each week
Qualifications
- Some recruiting experience
- Ex-agency billers or ex-founders who prefer delivery over management
- Ability to earn serious money alongside a main role
- Desire for freedom over where and when to work
- Enjoyment in speaking to high-quality technical talent
Requirements
- Willingness to engage in outreach
- Ability to work independently without heavy hand-holding

- £40k-£80k+ / $50k-$100k+ per placement
