Role Description

This role involves helping top Quant Developers and Software Engineers land roles at leading US funds and fast-growing tech companies.

  • Find and speak with strong Quant Dev and Software Engineering candidates
  • Qualify them properly and submit them using our standards
  • Keep the process moving from first chat through to submission
  • Be consistent with outreach and pipeline building each week

Qualifications

  • Some recruiting experience
  • Ex-agency billers or ex-founders who prefer delivery over management
  • Ability to earn serious money alongside a main role
  • Desire for freedom over where and when to work
  • Enjoyment in speaking to high-quality technical talent

Requirements

  • Willingness to engage in outreach
  • Ability to work independently without heavy hand-holding
