Responsible for auditing transaction details and booking/on-boarding transactions into system.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
· Auditing transaction details submitted by funding department using multiple systems.
· Performing various calculations to ensure accuracy of data.
· Completing daily funded deals report.
· Preparing various spreadsheets related to the data verified to ensure accurate on-boarding of contracts into LeasePlus database.
· Exporting/Importing data from ARM to LeasePlus.
· Booking transactions in LeasePlus database.
· Generating miscellaneous invoice function.
· Generating accurate customer invoices.
· Re-booking transactions that require adjustments after initial booking in LeasePlus.
· Exporting data from LeasePlus to Accounting software; posting batches.
· Ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
· Detail oriented
· Proficient in Excel
· Ability to multi-task

Industry and Work Experience:
· 0-1 years of experience.

Academic:
· High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Range:

$21.37 - $29.92
