Job Description

• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and stakeholders, strengthening Sei’s position as a trusted partner in the blockchain ecosystem. • Design and execute strategies to grow Sei's mindshare and the number of public advocates in key markets, engaging developers, partners, and the broader community to drive adoption and brand visibility. • Cultivate and disseminate compelling stories and content that align with Sei's core narrative, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and key channels to broaden Sei's distribution and solidify its position as the fastest Layer 1 blockchain. • Monitor emerging industry trends, narratives, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for ecosystem growth and alignment with Sei’s vision. • Track emerging industry narratives, competitor activities, and platform adoption trends to identify strategic opportunities for organic community growth on Sei. • Develop and facilitate programs, resources, and content that equip and motivate community members to create and share their own valuable content and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing and community builder, specifically within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space.
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including key stakeholders, trends, and market opportunities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker adept at crafting and executing effective growth strategies in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of fostering strong connections with partners, developers, and industry influencers.
  • Highly creative and innovative, with demonstrable success in developing compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and strategic ideas and driving community engagement.
