Job Description

• Responsible for sales to public and private organizations • Researching prospective sales targets and identifying opportunities • Contacting both cold and warm prospective clients • Setting up and attending online and face-to-face meetings • Delivering presentations and product demonstrations • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex products • Independently managing a pipeline • Writing effective proposals and quotes • Building long-term professional relationships • Working with existing customers to introduce wider product suite • Attending conferences and networking events • Documenting sales activity in sales tracking systems • Developing strategic partnerships

  • Knowledgeable about public workforce services
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience of delivering product demonstrations and presentations in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of two years in professional sales positions with proven sales results or experience working in the public workforce system
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
