• Regional Real Estate Manager manages assets including site review, acquisition, and development of new store locations. • Seek opportunities to improve or enhance current properties. • Develop and maintain a market optimization plan for assigned geographical territory. • Identify optimum potential new locations and quantify cost structure and return on investment. • Prepare detailed site analysis of proposed new site locations. • Negotiate acquisition of new site locations and manage contract process. • Partner with engineering staff regarding planning and entitlement process. • Represent and testify for Wawa at planning and zoning board meetings. • Maintain network of contacts including brokers, developers, and consultants. • Participate in internal monthly land development meetings and communicate project status.
