• Advise on custodial crypto products and services, including asset listings and custody offerings • Support and expand Coinbase’s U.S. state licensing framework • Serve as a key legal advisor on money transmission and digital asset licensing matters • Manage novel regulatory issues and support new license applications • Engage directly with state regulators • Provide proactive, strategic product counseling from early product ideation through launch • Collaborate closely with product managers, compliance partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance • Regular interaction with regulators, outside counsel, and senior business leaders
