• Serve as a primary legal advisor to the global Marketing and Growth teams • Advise on advertising and promotional materials across all media • Structure and negotiate complex marketing and sponsorship agreements • Manage the full legal lifecycle of brand campaigns • Counsel on sweepstakes, contests, and promotional programs • Assess and mitigate intellectual property risks related to music, talent, trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity, and user-generated content • Monitor evolving global regulations affecting marketing and consumer communications • Translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance • Collaborate closely across the Coinbase Legal team to resolve issues related to privacy, IP, and financial services
