• Manage and evolve Curri’s commercial contracting processes
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and People teams
• Research and analyze legal and regulatory issues
• Design and implement compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
• Manage outside counsel and support strategic initiatives
