In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless and professional client experience by overseeing confirmations, tracking details, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the booking process. - Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and booking updates
- Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide clear updates
- Monitor timelines, deadlines, and changes to ensure accuracy
- Review booking details carefully to prevent errors or omissions
- Track documentation and maintain organized digital records
- Follow established workflows and processes to maintain service standards
- Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented client support

- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain, or Australia
