Job Description

• Lead complex, multi-category client engagements across the non-healthcare indirect spend and purchased services portfolio. • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary escalation point for senior-level client stakeholders. • Drive enterprise-wide contract adoption and spend optimization strategies aligned to client financial and operational objectives. • Assess client spend landscapes and develop data-driven recommendations to maximize contracted value realization. • Oversee engagement strategy, execution plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and performance outcomes. • Influence sourcing strategies and partner with internal sourcing executives to address local, regional, or custom contracting needs. • Monitor portfolio-level performance metrics and communicate value realization to clients and internal leadership. • Lead executive-level client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. • Mentor and provide guidance to project managers or junior team members to elevate engagement delivery standards. • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement scope and deepen strategic partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience leading complex sourcing, category management, or procurement initiatives within hospitality, gaming, business and industry, food buy or adjacent non-healthcare markets required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive enterprise-level change.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience translating spend data into strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact engagements with significant financial outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience leading executive-level discussions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel.
