Job Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience leading complex sourcing, category management, or procurement initiatives within hospitality, gaming, business and industry, food buy or adjacent non-healthcare markets required.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive enterprise-level change.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience translating spend data into strategic insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact engagements with significant financial outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience leading executive-level discussions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel.
